Xpert Engineering Solution Sdn Bhd incorporated in 2016 was an additional idea from company Ahmad Fakruden Enterprise, created in 2014 to maintain and assist the highest quality to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.
Initially, the company’s main activity was the reverse engineering such as DOSH/PMT/PMA Renew and Register, Boiler and pressure vessels inspection (Fabrication, Design Review and Calculation), Lifting Appliances and Inspection (Cranes, Passenger Hoists and Material Hoists), Advance and Conventional Non-Destructive Testing service, Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Welders Qualification Test (WQT) and manpower supply services (Specialists, Engineers, Inspectors, Technicians, Supervisor, QAQC, Welders and others). However, in 2017 the service range is expanded to Plant Shutdown Inspection (RBI), Tank Inspection (FFS) including engineering services such as Painting and Coating, Mechanical Cleaning for Pressure Vessel (Fired / Unfired) and Piping and Structural Steels Inspection.
